What you buy

A paid reading unlocks additional AI-generated interpretation tied to your question, selected cards, and current reading session.

Paid access is digital content. It is not a subscription unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, and fraud-prevention signals under its own terms.

If checkout fails or payment is cancelled, paid access may not unlock.

Delivery

After successful payment, the reading should unlock automatically or after a short refresh while the payment webhook is confirmed.

If access does not unlock after successful payment, contact support with the reading ID and Stripe receipt details.

Refunds

Because readings are digital content generated or unlocked after payment, completed purchases are generally final.

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, technical failures, or cases where paid content was not delivered.

Payment is for access to additional digital interpretation, not for a guaranteed prediction, result, emotional outcome, relationship outcome, or professional advice.
